UME Space

How it works

A route from “who am I” to “I got hired”

UME Space is five layers around one profile. Each step builds on the previous one, and verified outcomes make the route more accurate for the next people.

Trust principles

  • You decide

No mass auto-applications. AI drafts the application; the decision and the “Send” button belong to a human.

  • Your profile is yours

Your profile belongs to you. Export it in one click.

  • Sensitive data kept apart

Military experience and veteran status are stored separately. An employer sees them only with your explicit consent.

  • Evidence-based methods

The diagnosis relies on Big Five, RIASEC and the European ESCO skills taxonomy.

FAQ

Is this a course platform?

No. We don’t sell courses — we build a route. Learning appears only where the route shows a gap, and it leads to a specific role.

How much does it cost?

The diagnosis is free. A Pro plan will appear after the beta.

Who is the beta for?

The closed beta is for people aged 25–35 who are changing careers or looking for their first job. We’re recruiting 30–50 testers. Next, UME will open to veterans, young people and Ukrainians abroad.

Where does the vacancy data come from?

The route and job matching rely on real, regularly updated data from Ukraine's labour market.

Does the AI send applications by itself?

No. AI scores the vacancy and drafts the application, but the decision and the “Send” button are always yours. No mass auto-applications.

Is there anything for veterans?

Yes, veterans are one of the first audiences after the closed beta. From the public beta, data on military experience and veteran status is stored separately and securely, and an employer sees it only with your explicit consent.

When is the public launch?

The public beta with a free diagnosis for everyone is planned for November – December 2026. Leave your contact and we’ll let you know when it starts.
